Sleep disorders and anxiety

Sleep disorders affect one-third to one-half of adults and contribute significantly to poor productivity, frequent medical treatment, and relationship problems.

There are several types of sleep disorders:
• difficult sleep,
• frequent waking at night,
• premature awakening,
• poor sleep quality despite adequate length. ‘

It is important not only to sleep long enough, but also to sleep deeply enough. Otherwise, drowsiness can also occur during the day, which increases the risk of accidents (such as traffic) and depression. ‘

Sleep disorders are also affected by anxiety, which is expressed as restlessness, tension, difficulty concentrating and irritability. Due to the modern way of life, this is a common problem.
